About the event
A petit four workshop is a hands-on experience where participants learn to create elegant, bite-sized French pastries. You’ll master the art of crafting delicate treats such as mini cakes, cookies, and petit fours glacés (iced cakes), with a focus on fine ingredients and traditional techniques. The session covers everything from baking and icing to decorative finishes, allowing you to create visually stunning confections.
As this is a trial workshop, the price is lower than usual, reflecting the opportunity to provide feedback and experience any adjustments made during the session. It’s a great chance to get a feel for the process while helping us refine the workshop for future participants!
