Probiotic workshop

In this workshop you’ll have a great and healthy opportunity to learn how to make probiotic pickles, natural ginger soda and fermented spreads. You’ll even take home all your handmade fermented goods!

We’ll talk about lactic fermentation, yeast fermentation and acetic fermentation and learn how to use each for our benefits.
