In our Yeast Dough workshop, you’ll dive into the world of soft, fluffy, and perfectly risen dough! Learn the essential techniques for working with yeast dough, from mixing and kneading to proofing and baking. During the session, you'll create a variety of delicious treats, including the rich, braided Challah, the sweet, buttery Rugelach filled with our own chocolate filling, and the iconic Kranz—a beautiful twisted bread often filled with chocolate and other pastes. savory as well :)
